NIGERIANS REPORT (submitted by Nyajoh Lambert): POOR SERVICES OF FIRST BANK DIVISION IN KATSINA-ALA TOWN
“I wish to inform the CBN governor and the general public of the problem we are having in Katsina-Ala LGA of Benue state. There is only one bank in the town in question, Katsina-Ala, and it is the First Bank. The quality of service they provide to us is very poor. They don't load their ATM on weekend days and a lot of people suffer inconveniences because of it, including hospital patients. The situation should be properly looked into!”
