The Funeral service of the first civilian governor of Delta state, Felix Ibru, is currently holding at the All Saints Cathedral Otor Iwhreko in Ughelli, Delta state. In attendance is the the State governor, Ifeanyi Okowa, his wife Edith, Former Delta state governor, Emmanuel Uduaghan and others. More photos after the cut.
