Photo of Police sergent arrested for pushing man to his death

A police sergeant has been arrested for allegedly pushing to death, a man who was on the way to bury his younger sister, at Oyingbo area of Lagos State.


One of the sons of the deceased, Ogbole Pius, had, last week, raised the alarm that a policeman pushed his father to death at Oyingbo area of Lagos State police Command, Panti during a stop and search. The policeman who realized all the deceased car registration documents were intact, told him he could not leave because the his car's windscreen was tinted at the rear

The deceased is said to have told him, it was because it was still early and dark, around 5:30a.m, that the glass was not tinted.
Out of anger, the policeman reportedly pushed Francis and he fell, broke his head and died instantly
