Minister of Finance Kemi Adeosun appeared before the senate today to talk about the state of the Nigerian Economy. According to her, Nigeria is technically in recession but it will be a short one:
"Technically if you go into two states of negative growth, you are in recession but I don't think we should dwell on definitions. I think we should dwell on where we are going. We will come out of it and it will be a very short one because the policies that we have will ensure we don't go further into it"she said Read some other things she said at the senate after the cut.
