Peter, who is said to be about 12, is being battered regularly by the woman who is supposed to be taking care of him. A concerned neighbour at their home at 14b Oluakerele Balogun bustop off Awolowo way in Ikeja sent his photos to LIB asking for help for the boy. In the photo on the left, you can see one of his eyes is shut ...this was from a recent beating! Can the authorities look into this?
