Former Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Mr. Niki Tobi, has died. He passed on in the early hours of Friday, June 17, at the National Hospital, Abuja.
According to reports, the retired judge who had been having health issues since his retirement in 2010 at age 70, went blind and totally lost his memory. His corpse has now been deposited at the Garki General Hospital morgue. May his soul rest in peace, amen.
