Saraki, Ekweremadu and two others are standing trial for allegedly forging the senate order during the senate election in June last year. After they pleaded not guilty to the two-count charge of forgery, the presiding judge, Justice Yusuf Haliru, granted them bail.
Part of the bail condition was that they must provide two sureties each that will have a landed property in Asokoro, Maitama, Wuse or Garki.
