TMZ is reporting that Mariah Carey's divorce process with her ex husband Nick Cannon is being stalled because Nick will not co-operate. Mariah has reportedly been trying to get Nick to sign off for nearly a year but he has declined to sign the papers that would make the divorce official.
They claim he still loves Mariah and doesn't want to let her go. He also doesn't want Mariah to marry her fiance, James Packer. Nick Cannon however took to Twitter hours ago to debunk the reports.
