But as they bond with their three-week-old, the R&B star's ex-fiancee Monyetta Shaw is revealing her regret at getting her tubes tied.
The Atlanta Exes reality star told the New York Post she only agreed to undergo the operation after her then fiance said he too would be sterilized, following the birth of their second child.
"Sterilization was something Ne-Yo and I discussed thoroughly in the months leading up to the baby’s delivery,'' she told the paper, explaining that with a son and daughter their family felt complete.

'Ne-Yo also agreed to undergo a vasectomy to show our mutual commitment to the relationship.'
Ne-Yo and Monyetta are parents to Mason, four, and five-year-old Madilyn, and had decided they did not want any more children.
