President Buhari who is also the Minister of Petroleum, had a briefing on the lingering fuel scarcity from the Minister of State for Petroleum, Ibe Kachikwu, at the state house yesterday April 5th. This is according to Bashir Ahmad, the PA to Buhari on New Media.
