Photos: Famous Yoruba Star, Toyin Adegbola Actress Honored With Chieftaincy Title

Famous Yoruba Nollywood actress, Toyin Adegbola, a.k.a ‘Ajoke Asewo Ro Re Mecca,’ was recently honored as Yeye Meso of Oke-Irun in Osun state, by HRM Alayeluwa Oba Isaac Adetoyi Adetuluese Olokose 11.

The event was attended by some of her colleagues in the industry which include Toyin Adewale, Alex Shabi and others.

Toyin Adegbola is one of the most senior actresses in the Yoruba section of Nollywood.

The Ilesha-born role interpreter began her acting career in 1984.

She is a member of the board of the Osun State Arts and Culture Council.
