Businessman files N800m lawsuit against Lagos pastor, Paul Adefarasin

A businessman named Gerald Chukwueke has filed an N800 million lawsuit against the senior pastor of the House on the Rock Church, Paul Adefarasin, for allegedly trespassing his land located in the Lekki area of Lagos state.


In the court paper filed before Justice Adebisi Akinlade of the Lagos State High Court, the petitioner and four others through their counsel, Moyo Onigbanjo (SAN) are accusing Adefarasin and his church of converting some of his land into their church cathedral situated at Lekki 4th roundabout.

The case will be heard on April 7th.
